Suspension Warranty
What does this warranty cover? This warranty covers any defects of parts in your suspension that was service by WiigStyle Racing, Inc.
How long does the coverage last? Fifteen days from the service date.
What will WiigStyle Racing, Inc. do? WiigStyle Racing, Inc. will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge. You, the customer, must pay any labor charges.
What does this warranty not cover? Inner and outer fork tubes, axle knuckles, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, ordinary wear, improper maintenance, failure to follow directions or any act of God (such as crashing or floods) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
How do you get service? In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST return the product and copy of receipt within 30 days of service date.
If something goes wrong with your suspension send it postage paid and a brief description of the problem to:
We will inspect your suspension and contact you within 72 hours to give you the results of our inspection and an estimate of the labor charges required to fix the suspension. If you authorize repairs, we will return the repaired suspension to you within 72 hours. You must pay any labor charges upon receipt of the repaired suspension.
If you inform us that you wish us to provide necessary parts to you but you wish to have repairs performed elsewhere, we will return the suspension and replacement parts to you within 72 hours. *There is NO CHARGE for inspections.
How does state law apply? This warranty gives you, the customer, specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary state to state.
Engine Liability
Due to the amounts of demands from modern four stroke and two stroke engines WiigStyle Racing, Inc. does not warranty any or all parts associated with the internals or externals of engines. Due to the amounts of mass produced high performance parts and stock parts we, WiigStyle Racing, Inc., will not warranty or claim fault in any or all products aftermarket or stock, or workmanship. Engine reliability is solely on the owner and he, or she is responsible for knowing the consequences of a high performance engine.
What will WiigStyle Racing, Inc. do? WiigStyle Racing, Inc. will help repair the engine. You, the customer, must pay any parts and labor charges.
